How much does it cost?

The Owners Retreat is complimentary for all CHI owners and their leadership staff.

There is a $750 reimbursement intended to assist with travel and/or hotel expenses.  If at least one person attends from your facility, a check for $750 payable to your facility will be automatically mailed following attendance at the Retreat.  There is no need to submit any expense receipts or reimbursement forms.

What is the Attire?

Business casual is appropriate for all meetings, but we want you to be comfortable!  Meals are scheduled to be held outdoors weather permitting.  Consider the elevation of the property and that evenings could be a little chilly.

There will be an outdoor activity session after lunch on 9/7  weather permitting.  Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes as it will involve some walking.

 

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes.  Don’t forget to download the retreat agenda to your preferred device prior to joining us.  No printed materials will be distributed at the meeting.

Can I self-park at the hotel?

Unfortunately, self-parking is unavailable at the Ritz-Carlton.  Valet Parking is the only option and is being offered at a discounted rate of $30/day.

This program is appropriate for the CEO, COO, CFO, Board Chair, Risk Manager, CNO & Medical Staff Leadership

Can I extend my hotel stay?

Yes!  We have arranged with the hotel to extend our group rate three (3) days pre and (3) three days post event dates, subject to availability at the time of reservation up to the group cut-off date.

Are educational credits available?

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 12205 for 12 contact hours.

This meeting has been approved for a total of 10.25 contact hours of Continuing Education Credit toward fulfillment of the requirements of ASHRM designations of FASHRM (Fellow) and DFASHRM (Distinguished Fellow) and towards CPHRM renewal.

This program is pending approval for 9.25 hours of general MCLE credit from the State Bar of California.
