Group Rate

The contracted group rate is $329 per night plus applicable taxes. As a registered attendee your Resort Fee will be waived. Additional nights may be booked at the group rate and is subject to availability at the time of reservation.

Please note: The room rate shown will be $374 which includes the $45 resort fee.  Once you select your room and process payment, the $45 resort fee will be waived, and the room rate will be $329/night.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Please note the hotel cancellation policy requires 72 hours notice prior to arrival to avoid a one night penalty.

Hotel Rooms

Rooms and associated charges are the responsibility of each program participant.

Valet parking available at the reduced rate of $20/day.
