GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Owners Retreat is complimentary for all CHI owners and their leadership staff.  See information below.

HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Each individual attendee needs to register their attendance.
2. Please register as early as possible, but no later than August 1, 2019.
3. When you complete the registration form and hit “submit”, your registration will be sent to Optima. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to each attendee within 5 business days.
4. After you register, please book your hotel accommodations under the Hotel tab.
